Embroidery designs & PDF thread charts will be emailed to you within 24 Hours unless they were instant download.
Please also check your junk mail folders as sometimes the non instant downloads that we email to you can go there.

All Designs added to STITCHONTIME on or after 29th November 2010 are available as Instant Download and are available from your order history after checkout is complete.
Step Four
