STEP1 : Hoop some medium to heavyweight stabilizer in frame

STEP2 : Run first placement stitch

STEP3 : Add Ribbons and felt

STEP4 : Run second tack down stitch

STEP5 : Run Red stripes

STEP6 : Run placement stitch

STEP7 : Add blue felt

STEP8 : Run Tack down stitch

STEP9 : Trim blue felt

STEP10 : Run Top stitch

STEP11 : Remove frame and stick a piece of felt with heavy adhesive to back of design to cover stitches then carefully trim design taking care not to snip ribbons attach to covered barrette clip with strong glue
